3 Hour Synchronous Training followed by 4 optional collaboration sessions
This 6-hour hybrid course prepares and certifies participants to provide services and supports as an I-SWIS Facilitator to local schools interested in implementation of the Tier 3 component of SWIS or Individual School-Wide Information System (I-SWIS). Participants are expected to complete 3 hours of asynchronous training prior to attending the 3 -hour synchronous training. There are also optional synchronous collaboration sessions offered after the synchronous 3-hour training.

Drawing on key findings about behavioral motivation, it clarifies how student actions are typically driven by the need to either gain something or avoid something and why misidentifying those motives results in ineffective interventions.
