Whether you're a brand new SWIS school who has used the direct subscription link or an existing SWIS school in need of a data coach, this 6-hour online hybrid training prepares and certifies participants to provide services and supports as a SWIS Facilitator and data coach. This training consists of an asynchronous pre-training course and a synchronous training session.

This webinar will provide participants with a basic understanding of the SWIS Equity Reports, the metrics we use to measure progress for the various student subgroups, and how we can use the SWIS Data Drill Down tool to investigate disproportionality related to specific student outcomes (e.g., actions taken, students involved in a certain type of behavior, etc.).
