End of Year Series: From Input to Impact- Authentic Engagement for Stronger School Communities

The webinar provides PBIS leaders with strategies and tools for authentically engaging students, families, staff, and community members in annual PBIS evaluation and impactful continuous improvement.

Description

We’ve made a lot of progress gathering input and feedback from members of our school communities through surveys and listening sessions. But if the engagement effort stops there, we continue a system where “experts” make decisions that often miss the mark because they are not centered in the experiences and perspectives of all. This session goes beyond these consultative opportunities to highlight strategies ensuring everyone has voice and agency in shaping your school community. We will use the TFI 3.0 engagement measures to reflect on authentic engagement and share resources for facilitating collaborations that elevate engagement from a required task to a meaningful and impactful process. Join us as we share ideas, learn together, and plan for truly co-creating positive, welcoming, and supportive learning communities!
