This session is an overview of the PBIS Assessment application, the fidelity and

outcome surveys available, the role of the local PBIS Assessment Coordinator, and how to take a survey and access the various survey reports.

The participants will be given an overview of the PBIS Assessment application, the available fidelity and outcome surveys, information on how to become a PBIS Assessment Coordinator, and a brief overview of survey administration and accessing the various PBIS Assessment

reports.

Note: Special considerations regarding distance learning models will be included.

The Feedback and Input Survey (FIS) Suite is a set of four surveys for school teams to learn about how students, school personnel, and family members are experiencing the school’s behavior support systems and obtain detailed feedback for increasing the effectiveness, efficiency, equity, and sustainability of those systems.
