Regular and ongoing assessment of PBIS implementation and the related student outcomes is foundational to the implementation of PBIS. Such data should be used to continually inform the action plan for improving the school environment and to plan for professional development.
PBIS Assessment offers nine surveys that assess SWPBIS implementation fidelity and two more that attend to implementation outcomes for students and staff. The surveys can be used by school teams to assess their PBIS implementation fidelity and to monitor progress of improvement. The session helps a team determine which survey tools a group should use, and how to plan for the evaluation process.
