I-SWIS Facilitator Life: Supporting Local Schools to Use I-SWIS for Tier 3 Progress Monitoring

This 60-minutes webinar will provide certified I-SWIS Facilitators with the opportunity to explore and discuss issues related to supporting multiple school and district teams in collecting, organizing, and using data about Tier 3 supports. I-SWIS Facilitators will also have an opportunity to discuss requirements for maintaining certification, as well as practical tips and tools for working directly with schools on implementing strong Tier 3 decision systems.

Description

The Individual School-Wide Information System, or I-SWIS, was designed with you as a certified I-SWIS facilitator in mind. Supporting student supports teams, school-wide planning/leadership teams, and district leaders in using I-SWIS to support decisions about individualized (Tier 3) supports presents some unique challenges.

This 60-minute webinar is designed to bring I-SWIS facilitators together to share questions, ideas, and concerns about supporting school and district leaders in collecting, organizing, and analyzing individual student data in I-SWIS. The session will provide tips, tricks, and reminders about school readiness requirements; facilitator certification requirements; resources available through PBISApps; and frequently asked questions from other I-SWIS facilitators.

All certified I-SWIS facilitators (i.e., those who have completed the 20-hour certification course through PBISApps) are encouraged to attend this webinar!
