The SWIS Suite Applications, including I-SWIS, are specifically designed to be decision-making systems, not just data systems. In order to move from data dumping to data driven action, though, users need intentional professional development aligned with their roles and responsibilities to ensure they are prepared to use the application most effectively and efficiently. This webinar supports administrators and facilitators in identifying the appropriate I-SWIS users and planning for professional development that meets their needs. Participants will have time to consider their user training needs and review materials and resources to incorporate into a professional development plan.
