I-SWIS Implementation Deep Dive Series: Providing User Training & Coaching T3 Teams

This webinar will review I-SWIS User training requirements, as well as general recommendations for training and coaching school staff to implement T3 supports. We will provide materials, tips, and tricks for delivering effective user training, as well as providing ongoing coaching support to T3 implementers and T3 teams.

Description

The SWIS Suite Applications, including I-SWIS, are specifically designed to be decision-making systems, not just data systems. In order to move from data dumping to data driven action, though, users need intentional professional development and coaching support aligned with their roles and responsibilities to ensure they are prepared to use the application most effectively and efficiently. This webinar supports PBIS Coaches, Administrators and I-SWIS Facilitators in developing a professional development plan to support T3 implementation in general, as well as I-SWIS implementation specifically.

1. Define the key components of a professional development plan for T3 implementation, including using I-SWIS for data-based decision making.
2. Identify resources and strategies to deliver effective I-SWIS user training
3. Identify resources and strategies to for effectively coaching I-SWIS users and teams
