Celeste Rossetto Dickey, M.Ed. has worked in education since 1979. She worked as an Elementary/Middle School Teacher and School Counselor at Bethel School District in Eugene, Oregon. Starting in 2000, she became the PBIS Coordinator for Bethel School District. In 2008, she moved to the University of Oregon as a Senior Research Assistant at the University of Oregon with the PBIS Applications Training Team. Celeste spent three years at the Placer County Office of Education as a PBIS Trainer and PBIS/MTSS Coordinator, working with schools and districts in Northern California. She currently is back at the University of Oregon with the PBIS Applications Training Team. Celeste is passionate about assisting all students to be successful using the PBIS/MTSS framework in schools. Celeste enjoys reading, traveling, yoga, all sports and spending time with her family.
