This webinar will provide participants with information about the use of SWIS custom fields.

Description

This webinar will provide participants with information about the use of SWIS custom fields. What they are, who uses them and how they are commonly used. The webinar will also cover how to add, edit and delete custom fields and the various field items they contain, as well as how to use the Drill Down tool to get information from the custom fields. Finally, discussion will cover how they are probably used best in practice and some suggestions around using them to provide quality data to inform decision making.

Note: Special considerations regarding distance learning models will be included.

  • How to create, edit, delete custom fields and custom field items
  • How to use Drill Down to access data from the custom fields
  • Best practices to consider when creating and using custom fields
