Turn Every Meeting Into Meaningful Action: TIPS Meetings

Join us for an introduction to TIPS Meetings, a new digital application designed to streamline Team-Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS) meetings and support data-based decision making. This webinar will provide an overview of the TIPS framework, demonstrate key features of the TIPS Meetings application, and share practical strategies for incorporating the tool into your school's existing meeting and problem-solving processes.

Description

Effective teams need effective systems. TIPS Meetings is a new digital application designed to support schools in implementing the Team-Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS) framework with greater efficiency, consistency, and accountability.

In this webinar, participants will explore the foundations of the TIPS framework and how structured team processes can improve data-based decision making and action planning. Participants will receive a guided tour of the TIPS Meetings application, including how the digital meeting wizard, action planning tools, and meeting records can support productive and outcome-focused team meetings.

The session will also highlight practical strategies for transitioning from paper-based meeting minutes to a digital workflow. Attendees will learn how to integrate TIPS Meetings into existing Tier 1 PBIS team practices, facilitate more efficient meetings, track action items, and maintain a searchable record of team decisions and outcomes over time.

Whether your team is new to TIPS or looking to modernize its current meeting process, this webinar will provide the knowledge and tools needed to successfully implement TIPS Meetings within your school's existing systems and routines.
